You lead©4. partner wins the first trick with the Ace and fires the Jack back  plan your defence keeping declarer to 9 tricks rather than give a top away by letting him have 10 tricks

 

If you take the King now your defence is over and you will be conceding 10 tricks. You have to hope that partner can get in and has a third Heart. As long as you duck this trick declarer will take his 9 tricks. (ie Heart 4 Clubs and 4 Spades) but at trick 10 when declarer tries to get an extra Diamond trick going your partner will take his Ace and fire back a Heart and you will get an extra Heart tricks holding declarer to 9 tricks for probably an above average score.
