After winning the first trick you play off the  Ace and ten of trumps in case you need an extra entry back to hand. West will put you on table with a club and you should now test the Spades to see if the Queen falls. When it doesn’t, you can now unblock the Club ace followed by a Heart back to your Jack. You take the Diamond finesse which wins. Because of your careful play of the trump suit you can now re-enter hand with a trump to  cash the two winning Clubs chucking spades and then to take a second winning Diamond finesse to dispose of the last spade loser. You will have eventually made 4 trumps, 2 Spades, 3 Diamonds and 3 clubs.
