Against your contract of  4ª the ©10 is led plan your play

 

The opponents lead the ©10 and you breathe a sigh of relief that they have not put you to the test in Clubs. It is possible to lose 1 Spade, 1 Heart and 1 Diamond and 1 Club but if you can play the Diamond early then the Club loser can be chucked. From the lead it looks like the Hearts are breaking badly so you will need to ruff a Heart on the table to guarantee all the hearts as winners.

With this in mind you immediately play the Diamond King won by West who plays another Heart.  Winning on table you chuck the Club loser away making that problem disappear. You then play a trump to hand which holds. Expecting the Hearts to be breaking badly you now ruff a Heart in dummy before embarking on drawing the remaining trumps. With West holding only two trumps your diligent play in retaining trumps in the dummy pays off and you now make  4 trumps, 3 Hearts, 1 Heart ruffed, 1 established Heart 1 Diamond and 1 Club earning most of the Match points for bringing home 11 tricks.
