You cannot afford to lose the lead against or West will run off his winning Hearts. From the bidding West must also have the Spade Ace. Your only hope is to finesse the Diamonds. East HAS TO HAVE THE DIAMOND KING for you to have any chance of making the contract. But, should you play to pin the doubleton 10 or play East for the doubleton king. Since West has freely bid 2© with at least 5 Hearts he is more likely to be short in Diamonds.
With all this in mind after winning the first trick (Very little point in holding up with only 4 hearts between the 2 hands.) you enter dummy safely with a High Club. You now play the Diamond Queen which East covers, and you win with your Ace. You now plonk down your Jack, praying for West to have started with a doubleton King. With the bridge gods now answering your prayers you can bring the whole Diamond suit into play and make 11 tricks by way of 1 Spade and 10 tricks in the Minors.
