After winning the first trick, while you are in dummy discard your Diamond loser. Then draw two rounds of trumps only leaving a trump on the table so that you can ruff the Clubs (assuming they break 32 with the person with the third Club having the last trump) high.

You Now play off two top clubs and ruff a club with dummy’s remaining trump relieved to see East following suit. Now it’s a matter of ruffing a red card to get back to hand to draw the last trump and claim being the only person left with all winning Black cards.

You have made 4 trumps, 2 Hearts, 2 Clubs, 1 club ruffed, 1 Heart ruffed, and 3 established Clubs.
