Where to go for the extra tricks?

You could set up the spades or go after the Diamonds. Diamonds is easier. You can do the finesse in diamonds and if it wins you now make an overtrick.

With all this in mind, win the second trick and start to draw trumps.

On the second round of trumps (from your hand) East doesn't follow suit. Oh Dear.

If you finish drawing trumps now you will lose control of the hand, as you will not have a trump in either hand (to keep control). When this happens, delay drawing trumps for the time being. As you are now in correct hand to do so, take the Diamond finesse and it loses to East. East gets off lead with a club which you can ruff.

Now cash the ♥J before entering dummy with the ♠Ace, so you can draw the last trump with that top Heart. Now its a matter of the winning the diamonds making sure not to get blocked in hand and the Spade King..

Now you make 11 tricks  for a well played hand.
