DO YOU ALLOW UNDOS ?-of course you should !!
I was upset for my partner this week when an irrational opponent would not allow an undo. I have always allowed undos at my table and up until then had always had opponents that would readily allow undos. Perhaps the reason for this is that I enjoy playing in the company of experts who rely on their expertise for good results rather than a distorted result from somebody mismousing.
On the following hand my partner mismoused at trick 6

After this she proceeded to make 10 tricks when the contract is cold off the top.
When my partner played the 2, when he had available the AKJ over the Queen being played it was a very obvious MISMOUSE!!
She would not allow an undo !!!!
This opponent who had already asked me to play with her some time told me that I "knew the rules". Suffice it to say that I will not be able to play with her now even though she realises she made a mistake !!
The beauty of OK bridge is that it allows undos and skips very easily so as not to distort results for the whole field. Surely the less experienced players could learn from these experts who do allow undos in most reasonable circumstances. If you are not sure whether to allow an undo rather than take an undeserved good score for goodness sake skip the hand. It isn't only fair to those at your table but those at other tables as well.
