1. All bookings are subject to availability and allocation at the time of reservations.

2. A £40 deposit per person per weekend is required at the time of booking.

3. The balance to be paid to the Hotel at the weekend you attend.

4. If cancellation occurs within one month of the weekend, half the deposit will be

     returned or the deposit can be used for another weekend later.

5. If Harold Schogger has to cancel then a full refund will be given.
