South had meant 4NT as Blackwood, but North assumed that, as no suit had been agreed, it was natural (28-30 points), so he rebid hearts. Thinking North was showing two aces, South bid 7NT.

Godzilla holding two aces, naturally doubled. But, instead of leading one of them, he obeyed the golden rule  lead fourth highest from your longest and strongest  and led 2©. South played dummy's K©, and then cashed his minor suits. At the twelfth trick, Godzilla had to choose between discarding his A© and Aª. Having failed to see his partner throwing away a second Heart (revealing that declarer had a singleton), Godzilla threw his Aª. Declarer won the thirteenth trick with his Kª, making his contract. Godzilla just looked bemused; his partner fled into the night.
