Firstly you have escaped a Heart lead. What else apart from the Diamond Ace was West going to lead ?

In Imps your main concern is making your contract. Overtricks are not important. You have a tally of 10 winners- 7 spades and 1 Heart and 2 Clubs.

You therefore need to establish the club suit for 2 more tricks. After winning the first trick with a small ruff, you must draw trumps in 2 rounds. Now you turn to the club suit playing the Ace first. When an honour appears from East you now finesse the 10. Although the suit has in fact broken you needed to keep the King as an entry for the occasions when the suit did not break. Now you can claim after winning the Heart return. You have won 6 Spades, 1 Diamond ruff, 1 Heart, 2 Clubs and 2 established Clubs conceding just the club.
