You have now lost 2 tricks and everything rests on the play of the trump suit. When you have KXX  opposite QXXXX  you now have to make a decision to play one of your 2 esteemed opponents for precisely a doubleton Ace. Which opponent is more likely to have the doubleton Ace here ? Neither opponent competed, which suggests the points are likely to be evenly distributed. East has already turned up with 2 Aces (8 points) so you decide to play West for the missing Doubleton Ace of trumps. You must therefore win third trick in hand and play a low trump towards dummy’s King. West cannot afford to hop up with the Ace since that will give declarer an easy run. Once your King wins, play a low trump from dummy and low one  from hand and pray that West started with Doubleton Ace. His Ace now “falls on air”. Once you regain the lead you draw the  last trump and claim. You now make 4 trumps 5 Hearts and   a Diamond losing just the 3 Aces.
