What dangers are there here on the first trick ? So many players are “finesse mad” and when presented with one on a plate cannot wait to take it. If you play dummy’s Jack at trick one you have just gone down. If the Heart finesse needs to be taken you can take it later if need be. Also your 9 in hand could potentially win the first trick.

Having resisted the Heart finesse your tally of winners is 1 Spade, 2 Hearts, 3 Clubs. If clubs break 32 that will bring your trick count  to 7 and you can set up one Diamond trick bringing the total to 8. All you need then is some sort of position with the Hearts. As the cards lie the Queen drops at trick one and now you have your 9 tricks :- 1 Spade, 3 Hearts, 1 Diamond and 4 Clubs. Next time you are handed a finesse at trick one try putting it off till when you want to tackle your finesses.
