Time to Volunteer?

Barnet Association for the Blind is currently recruiting volunteers for the Home Visiting Service – supporting blind, partially sighted and deafblind clients to lead independent lives & the MidSight help and information desks at Barnet & Edgware Hospital Eye Clinics.

If you are able to spare about a couple of hours a week/fortnight, you could help provide a valuable service to the visually impaired. The work is neither strenuous nor taxing but a gentle, sensitive manner is essential. Full training and support given.
